INFORMATION: The Sakuma family has been growing berries in the Pacific Northwest since 1915 and moved from Bainbridge Island to beautiful Skagit Valley in 1939. Sakuma Bros. Farms and Markets offers a variety of berries, fruits, vegetables, and nursery plants harvested from our fields. Grab a pint, quart, or half-flat of mouth-watering strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries or pick you own from our you-pick fields. Jams, syrups, home-baked goods, and gift items are also available at the Market Stand. You won’t be able to resist our award-winning milkshakes, smoothies, waffle cone ice cream, and our signature Berrylicous Cake - a generous slice of butter cake smothered with ice cream and fresh berries! Bring a picnic lunch, ride the tractor-pulled barrel train, and enjoy the sunshine at the Farm. For specials, a calendar of events, you-pick information, and interesting articles.

DIRECTIONS: From I-5 take Anderson Road exit 225, head east on Anderson Road, take first right onto Cedardale Road, turn left onto East Hickox Road, then turn right onto East Stackpole Road to the farm.
INFORMATION: We are a small blueberry farm located just south of Mount Vernon in Washington's fertile Skagit Valley. During the summer harvest season our farm stand is open with ready-picked blueberries as well as you-pick. Although we are not certified organic we do not use any pesticides or synthetic fertilizers on our farm. Please bring cash or check, as we currently are unable to accept credit cards.

DIRECTIONS: From I-5 South, take exit 231 Chuckanut Drive Hwy 11 heading north for 6.5 miles. Right on Bow Hill Road 1 mile to big RED barn on the right. From I-5 North, take exit 231 Bow Hill Road. Take a right and head west down Bow Hill Road for 3.5 miles. Look for the big RED barn on your left.
INFORMATION: Wednesday–Sunday Mid-July into October depending on harvest. A family-run farm since 1947. Transitioning to organic. Bring the kids and enjoy a day at our gorgeous location. We are dedicated to providing a fun, safe, community-oriented place to pick and eat plump, delicious berries right off the bush. No conventional pesticides or herbicides used. We offer “you-pick” and “we-pick” hand-packed pints and flats ready to eat fresh or freeze.

The Crescent Harbor Bleberry Farm is located on Whidbey Island, just east of Oak Harbor, Washington, on the corner of Crescent Harbor Road and Laurel Lane (2726 Laurel Lane, Oak Harbor, WA).
The farm normally opens around the Fourth of July and closes in late August, depending on the weather. The 2011 season will open Wednesday July 27th due to the cold, wet spring.
Blueberries are available in:
6 pound half-flat (6 one pound pints) for $24,
single one-pound pints for $4.00,

We provide containers at the fields, so there is no need to bring anything except your enthusiasm!
Berries are sold by the pound and are weighed when you are done picking right there in the field. Since we use only natural fertilizers, our berries are safe to eat right from the field!

Pre-picked berries and pumpkins are also available in season in the Farm Market, as are canning supplies. We have recipe packets available for many of our in-season berries, fruits and veggies, so be sure to stop by the Customer Service De

Huntersmoon Farm - Blueberries - Oak Harbor, WA
One of the highlights for my boys on last years Whidbey Island Farm Tour, Huntersmoon Farm had a great farm for picking blueberries. The people were exceptionally friendly, they had a variety of other items for sale at the entrance to the farm, and very easy access to the blueberries for toddlers.

Huntersmoon Farm is a 10 acre, late season, organic blueberry farm. We grow Legacy, Aurora, and Elliott blueberries using sustainable agricultural practices, with respect and stewardship for the environment. Our goal is to produce the finest tasting fruit possible and extend that quality in all our processed products. For sale at the farm: plants; preserves; syrup; scone, pancake, and muffin mixes; white chocolate blueberry bark; dark chocolate covered blueberries; blueberry taffy; fresh blueberries; blueberry honey; and unique blueberry teas. Fresh baked blueberry goods and sorbet can be eaten at the farm or to go. Guests can u-pick, get a tour of the farm, or learn about biochar, compost tea, organic weed control, and all things blueberry. Neighbor Farms will be invited to be on hand. Our friends, the Oak Harbor Urban Farm will be on hand and Case Farm will join us on Sunday and will have a variety of vegetables for sale.

We run on the honor system so that we can be open from morning ‘til night everyday. Please come by, grab a bucket at the office, and go pick berries. When you are done picking, return to the office, weigh your berries, and leave $2/pound in the cash box. We accept cash or check only. We look forward to welcoming you to our little piece of paradise. We have everything you will need to pick. Just jump in the car and head out our way. Bring the whole family- kids love it!
