Christmas Tree Farm - Scattered Acres Farms

Getting our own Christmas tree is a McKnight family tradition.  We go out the day after Thanksgiving and cut down a tree, bringing it back to setup over the next couple of days.  Not your normal Black Friday tradition I suppose, but I like our way better.

For the last couple of years we have gone to Scattered Acres Farms in Clinton.  This is definitely not the super mega tree farm with dancing polar bears and ice skating rinks.  Pretty simple, you pull up and grab a saw from the porch.  Grab the flier as well detailing the property boundaries.  Then go look for your ideal tree.

When you come back, grab some hot apple cider and pay a very reasonable price!
