Description:
Our landmark family heritage farm has been sustainably run and diversified for over 100 years. The orchards have many varieties dating back to the first fruit trees in the state. We believe in using environmentally friendly, scientifically proven methods of farming. These include minimal tillage, crop rotation, and cover cropping to keep any noxious weeds in check. In order to provide the highest quality produce, our integrated pest management program relies on pheromones, organically certified materials, and a minimum of soft FDA approved products under the recommendation of Washington State University's Cooperative Extension. If you have any questions regarding our land stewardship, just ask. We believe in picking naturally ripened produce and delivering same day to local markets. Please come attend any of our tours during October.
